Industry Standards

Most commonly used shapes in bars.

Cube 2x2'

Anything "on the rocks" to keep the integrity of the beverage without over-diluting it. It keeps your Old Fashioned or Negroni the way it's supposed to taste from the first sip to last!

Rock 2.5 x 2 x 2

Most commonly used in hotel bar settings. A little taller than the regular cube,  it ensures the 2oz pour is considerably slows the dilution and keeps the flavors intact.

Collins 5 x 1.75' x 1.75'

Long columns of ice intended for tall and highball drinks. Collins or Gin and tonic, it is so clear it disappears in glass while preventing over dilution.

Specialty Shapes

The un-usual suspects

Spheres 2.1' & 2.55'

As beautiful as our cubes, Spheres are the next best thing in Old Fashioned's because of their surface and density.

Diamonds 2.5'

Diamonds are taking coupe drinks to another level. Eye appealing, slow melting, girls best friends have became a standard in drinks that are normally not served over ice such as Aviation or a Sidecar.

Packing

Ideal freezer temperature

Ideal freezer temperature

We pack our ice in sealed bags in packs of 20, making it easier for your bartenders to grab'n'go while ensuring the best quality and prevents cracking.

Ideal freezer temperature

Our ice comes in sealed bags, packed in 20's. Ice does not have an expiration date therefore we recommend you keep it in original packing until you need to use it. Ideal Freezer temperature is 0*C or 20*F. However, if your freezer is colder than this, allow longer tempering before you use the cube.

Tempering the ice

Ideal freezer temperature

Tempering the ice

Tempering ice prevents it from cracking. Ice needs to be warmed up slowly before adding the liquid. We found it best to add the liquid first and than the ice.  Put the cube in your intended glass. By the time you mix up the cocktail, the cube should be tempered  and ready to use. Tempering typically takes between 30-60 seconds.
